Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Roselle NJ

At Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, your family will find all of the considerate and professional guidance necessary to craft a fitting tribute to your departed loved one. Funeral ceremonies including cremation are infinitely flexible to meet your needs and desires, from the most elaborate traditional services to a highly individual ceremony. Saying goodbye to your loved one properly is an essential part of the recovery process.

Las Rosas Bannworth handles all varieties of funeral services and cremation services. It is our privilege to help your family meet the challenge of losing a loved one. We accommodate all of our community's religious and cultural traditions and afford the greatest possible respect to your services. We also handle repatriation, i.e. sending your departed relative back to his or her home country. We make the process entirely hassle-free, handling all aspects of repatriation from door-to-door so that your wishes are honored in every respect.

At our funeral home, we can accommodate whatever funeral service you desire. Whether you want a traditional viewing followed by a burial or an immediate cremation -- or anything in between -- we will work tirelessly to ensure that your needs are met.

In order to take the right first steps to see your departed off in the proper manner, please consider the following advice depending on your situation:

* Passing at a commercial institution (i.e. hospital, care facility)

The legal necessities of a passing such as this will be handled by the medical staff of the institution. Simply notify the staff that funeral arrangements are being coordinated by Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home and they will complete the proper forms for your signature.

* Passing at home (anticipated)

With the current state of medical care, more and more individuals choose to end their lives at home under Hospice care. Please tell your care provider (Hospice or equivalent) that you've elected to entrust Los Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home with your funeral arrangements and they will fulfill the legal obligations involved. With an anticipated passing, many individuals and their families begin making arrangements prior to death. This is an excellent way to reduce the stress of the situation and make the process less overwhelming.

* Unanticipated passing

When a loved one passes away unexpectedly, your first response should be to call 911. The next few steps to be taken are up to the police and the emergency medical services. In many cases, Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home is able to receive remains directly from the police. Sometimes the Medical Examiner's office becomes involved, though, usually when there is uncertainty regarding the cause of death.

* Geographic separation

If your loved one has passed away outside of New Jersey or the Elizabeth area, please contact us at (908) 352-6664 to start making the necessary arrangements. We typically coordinate these cases with local funeral directors who are on hand at the place of death. By dealing directly with other professionals, we can often secure you the most affordable service and keep transportation costs to a minimum. We will meet with you following the death (at your convenience) to secure the necessary personal information is in order to handle all of the appropriate paperwork.

Dignity and compassion without overwhelming expense is what we strive to deliver to all of our clients at Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home. We know all too well how trying a death in the family can be from both an emotional and financial standpoint. Let us stand behind you and deliver the support you need to face this challenge.
